Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan On the Introduction of Amendments to Order No. 4013 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Establishment of City Days in the Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan Liberated from Occupation” dated July 31, 2023

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To introduce the following amendments to Part 1 of Order No. 4013 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Establishment of City Days in the Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan Liberated from Occupation” dated July 31, 2023 (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2023, No. 7, Article 1057 (Volume I)):

1.1. To consider paragraphs three to nine as paragraphs four through ten;

1.2. To add the third paragraph of the following content:

“September 20 – Day of the Cities of Khankendi, Khojaly, Khojavend, and Aghdara.”

1. The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, together with the relevant offices of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, shall take the necessary measures to resolve the issues arising from this Order.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve the issues arising from this Order.
